I'm familiar with a concierge service when it comes to checking into a hotel, but a baby concierge does a completely different job. I wanted to dive more into what this job entails, so I reached out Shannon Choe, founder of Premier Baby Concierge. I asked her to fill me in on the ins and outs of being a baby concierge firsthand.

For the unacquainted, a baby concierge helps soon-to-be parents prepare for the journey of pregnancy, birth, babyhood, and everything in-between. In honor of National Breastfeeding Month 2012, I wanted to share our interview with you.
